What you’ll do
You will play a vital part in our team by attending and taking notes at meetings, drafting important documentation, and providing essential legal and administrative support to senior lawyers. Your research into quantum, medicine, legislation, and case law will be crucial in helping us build strong cases and support our clients effectively. You will also assist with business development, support the team with meticulous file management, and handle new enquiries over the phone, ensuring that every client and professional interaction is handled with care and empathy. Your contributions will make a significant difference in the lives of our clients, and you will be a key part of our mission to provide compassionate and effective legal support.
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for someone with a basic knowledge of, or a genuine interest in, Personal Injury law. You should have experience in handling client information with the utmost tact and sensitivity, and the ability to discuss matters with clients in a compassionate and understanding manner. A highly flexible approach and the ability to work well and thrive in a team environment are essential. You will need excellent all-round communication skills, including the capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in IT, with an in-depth knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, is crucial. Additionally, great time management and organisational abilities are key to ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support and care.
