An exciting opportunity is available for a Paralegal to join our Personal Injury team at Enable Law in Southampton. As part of the Foot Anstey group, Enable Law is a leading UK firm specialising in medical negligence, personal injury, and mental capacity law. What you’ll do
- Attending and taking notes of meetings
- Drafting relevant documentation and providing legal and administrative support to senior lawyers
- Carrying out research into quantum, medicine, legislation, and case law
- Assist with business development where appropriate.
- Supporting the team with file management
- Taking new enquiries over the phone, and dealing with other professionals and clients as required
What we’re looking for
- Basic knowledge / interest in Personal Injury
- Experience of dealing with client information with tact and sensitivity, and able to discuss matters with clients in an empathetic manner.
- Highly flexible approach and the ability to work well and flourish in a team environment.
- Excellent all round communication skills including the capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent IT skills with an in-depth knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Great time management and organisational ability
