Enable Law Accreditation Achievements

Several members of Enable Law’s renowned medical negligence & serious injury team have recently had their applications for the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme approved.
Tim Jones, legal director, Claire Leslie and Laura Millman, both senior associates, join Ceri-Ann Taylor, senior associate, in being awarded the accreditation, a quality hallmark in the industry, this year. This brings the total number of individuals in Enable Law awarded with this specialist accreditation to an impressive 14 overall.
The Clinical Negligence Accreditation is awarded by the Law Society, the representative body for solicitors in England and Wales.
The Accreditation covers all work undertaken by solicitors, qualified Fellows and members of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, arising out of any act of negligence, breach of contract and/or statutory duty, as a result of which the victim has sustained injuries in the course of medical or dental care.
Being awarded an Accreditation demonstrates a wealth of additional clinical negligence experience which aligns with our strategy of supporting individuals with high value cases concerning serious injuries and building strong relationships with medical organisations and charities.
Rob Antrobus, head of Enable Law said: “The team’s accreditations demonstrate the breadth of expertise within our team, which is unrivalled in the region. It instils confidence in our clients and reinforces our leading specialist medical law and personal injury practice’s reputation in the industry.”
