Enable Law’s Medical Negligence teams in Bristol, Taunton, Exeter, Plymouth and Truro, and our Personal Injury team have all been ranked in Band 1 (the highest level achievable) of this year’s Chambers Directory, and we’ve been recognised as a “National Leader (Outside London)” for our Medical Negligence work.
The guide features some very generous praise for our teams and individuals, with interviewees saying:
“They have a fantastic team of senior solicitors, enormous resources and a very strong caseload.“
“I found the whole team sympathetic and understanding of my needs and concerns.”
and that our firm “offers a first-class service to claimants.”
Praise for our Personal Injury team made further reference to our Medical Negligence expertise, saying: “It’s a well-organised and highly competent team of personal injury and clinical negligence lawyers who have both broad experience and good depth of knowledge in their specialist areas,”
There was also recognition for Holly Mieville-Hawkins (an “exceptionally good” lawyer) and Patricia Wass (an “incredibly impressive” lawyer with an extremely high profile” in the Court of Protection field) of our Mental Capacity team, who held their Band 2 ranking in the challenging UK-Wide Court of Protection guide.
