WE ACTED FOR HENRY, WHO HAD SUFFERED DAMAGE TO HIS RIGHT EYE AT BIRTH BECAUSE OF NEGLIGENT MANAGEMENT.
Henry was an eight-year-old boy. He had suffered damage to his right eye at birth because of negligent management. His vision was reduced as a result and he had difficulties at school. He will need surgery in the future. We achieved damages for him of £60,300, which enabled his parents to pay for one-to-one specialist support at school for two years. This should enable him to overcome his difficulties at school.
