The legal profession is my second career; the first was in nursing where I specialised as an intensive care and coronary care nurse/sister. This dual qualification affords me a particular advantage when risk assessing and handling cases, as my medical knowledge combines well with my legal expertise to enable me to provide specialist advice on a wide range of clinical negligence cases.
Career Highlights
- Successfully settled a case for a young mother with two young children, following the death of her husband due to substandard care by 3 Consultants. This was despite an inquest finding no fault with any of the treatment. Damages were in excess of £1 million.
