"My role is about working with you to ensure mistakes are remedied, lessons are learned and patient safety is improved"
I specialise in claims involving birth injuries resulting in stillbirth, neonatal death and serious disability, and I have expertise in secondary victim claims resulting from psychiatric injuries as a result of witnessing a horrific event.
I also have a particular interest in neurology and neurosurgical claims resulting in hydrocephalus and neural tube defects – my son had a brain haemorrhage at birth causing hydrocephalus and he has a VP shunt and cerebral palsy.
Before qualifying as a solicitor, I worked in the NHS as the lead for Information Governance where I managed data protection, Freedom of Information and records management.
