I also assist those who have sustained injury as a result of criminal violence or medical negligence.

Assisted in achieving a settlement of £10m+ for a client who sustained a spinal injury following a road traffic accident.
Assisted in securing £350k for a lady who sustained a traumatic brain injury following a road traffic accident.
Successfully appealed against a CICA award increasing this from £3k to £56k for a client who sustained a brain injury as a result of criminal violence.
Secured a settlement of £50k for a client who sustained a crush injury of his right hand and an amputation of his index finger as a result of an accident at work.
