I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in April 2017, just before joining Enable Law from Michelmores in May 2017. I have a varied caseload of medical negligence, high value personal injury and industrial disease claims. I provide advice on issues such as asbestos related illnesses, delays in diagnosis of cancer and fatal road traffic accidents. I started my legal career acting for Defendants and therefore have a great insight into Defendant tactics and potential weaknesses. I am passionate about helping individuals and their families who have been injured or killed as a result of negligence and have attended several Inquests on behalf of bereaved families.

I have significant experience of advising clients on a wide variety of personal injury claims. My expertise includes workplace injuries, road traffic collisions, and asbestos related industrial disease claims.

Career Highlights

Successfully brought a claim against a client’s ex-employer for negligently exposing him to asbestos in the 1960s causing him to develop asbestosis. His claim settled for £27,250.
Assisted in a mesothelioma claim that settled for over £250,000.
Settled a claim for £30,000 on behalf of an elderly lady who lacked capacity. The claim arose from a fall from a wheelchair in hospital grounds.
Settled a claim involving a claimant who was severely injured whilst doing some volunteer work. He had not been given adequate safety information which led to a serious injury. We were able to secure him compensation of £140,000 which will help him to rebuild his life.
