I am passionate about acting for vulnerable clients who have acquired brain injury or who have become incapacitated as a result of dementia or illness. My role is to encourage everyone to prepare for a possible lack of mental capacity and to empower and safeguard those who lack mental capacity now.
I am a solicitor within the mental capacity team having completed my training contract with Enable Law in December 2018. I provide advice on mental capacity issues and find court of protection work extremely rewarding.
My cases can range from assisting the elderly to manage their property and financial affairs to managing extensive settlement awards for children and adults as a result of a medical negligence claim. I enjoy working with clients and their families as well as a diverse team of experts such as case managers, architects and financial advisors.
