Jane and her husband booked a cruise to Scandinavia.
Unfortunately, one day whilst embarking the cruise ship, having spent some time onshore, Jane fell and suffered injury to her leg and knee.
She received initial treatment from the onboard doctor but was unable to enjoy the remainder of the holiday as a result of her cruise accident.
