“I provide clear, straightforward advice to my clients and support them in achieving the best possible outcomes from their claims.”

I joined the Clinical Negligence Team in Bristol in October 2017, qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in May 2023.

I manage a varied caseload acting for clients who have suffered a range of injuries and poor surgical outcomes. I also have an interest in claims where someone has tragically died, having supported families at inquests across the country.

As well as managing my own cases, I work closely with senior colleagues on complex, high values claims, particularly those involving catastrophic spinal injuries, delayed diagnoses of cancer and amputations.

I also acted for people harmed or affected by abuse or failure of public authorities.

Career Highlights

  • Assisting a man awarded £4.5m after a spinal infection left him with paralysed and with a brain injury.
  • Working on a claim for a woman awarded £1.1m after a negligent hip replacement left her disabled.
  • Helping to recover damages for a man following the tragic death of his wife after a failure to diagnose her heart attack.
  • Fellow of CILEX
