My role is to lead the team, having been head of the Foot Anstey Group's medical negligence practice since 2008.

I am proud to lead the Exeter based Medical Negligence and Personal Injury Team.  Throughout my career I have solely practised in the field of medical negligence and personal injury and have dealt with all types of claims.

I'm a specialist and highly experienced serious injury lawyer. I only act for injured people or their loved ones and have done so for 25 years.

I specialise in helping clients with life changing injuries, with a particular focus on the brain. These are cases of great complexity often valued in many millions of pounds.

I have 16 years' experience in helping vulnerable people and their families with their long-term financial and care needs.

I have over 25  years' experience of  helping families with a huge range of special educational needs and disabilities.  Alongside this I have extensive experience of working with Children’s Services in order to secure packages of support for children and young people. I work closely with experts, counsel and a variety of schools to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and their families.

I have practised solely in medical negligence since the start of my career in law and I have experience dealing with a wide variety of claims.

I have helped many people make a medical negligence claim after receiving negligent treatment from GPs, NHS trusts and private doctors. I have particular expertise in claims for adults with serious injuries including stroke, sepsis, haemorrhage, meningitis and raised intracranial pressure, in amputation claims and the delayed diagnosis of cancer.

I'm a partner in Enable Law's Southampton team, with a legal background as a health care litigation specialist, a role for which I have consistently received recognition in leading legal directories.

I am an experienced personal injury and clinical negligence solicitor who specialises in complex and high value cases, such as those involving traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord damage.

I'm a partner in Enable Law's Southampton office, experienced in dealing with a range of clinical negligence and injury claims.

As part of Enable Law's Southampton team, I support the victims of medical negligence both nationally, and in the local Hampshire area.
