I am a Paralegal in the Abuse team at Enable Law, supporting survivors of abuse and individuals whose rights have been compromised through failures by those responsible for their care and protection. I work with sensitivity and determination to ensure that every client feels heard, supported, and guided throughout the legal process.
My work primarily involves assisting clients with complex data breach claims, particularly where the mishandling of sensitive information has caused distress or risk to individuals and families.
In addition, I assist with claims brought under the Human Rights Act 1998 and the European Convention on Human Rights. These cases often arise from serious failings by local authorities, organisations, or clinical professionals that have resulted in individuals being exposed to abuse or neglect. I support both children and adults through these matters, helping them navigate the legal process and work towards securing compensation and restorative justice.
Alongside my role, I am currently studying for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
