Specialist personal injury, mental capacity and medical negligence law firm, Enable Law has announced the appointment of Annabelle Vaughan as a Partner in its Mental Capacity team.
As a mental capacity specialist, Annabelle supports vulnerable individuals and their families with their long-term care and financial needs. She has particular expertise in helping those with complex needs, who lack the mental capacity to make decisions for themselves, to navigate the management of their finances.
Annabelle is a Court of Protection deputy and acts as an attorney and professional trustee safeguarding the interests of those unable to represent themselves. She also works with individuals who are, or wish to be, appointed as deputy for a relative.
Rob Antrobus, Partner at Enable Law, commented: “Annabelle’s appointment strengthens our team and demonstrates our commitment to delivering top-tier legal solutions for those that need our support the most. Annabelle’s experience and knowledge in her chosen legal field is outstanding and is exactly the type of Partner we want at Enable Law.”
Annabelle Vaughan added, “I am honoured to join Enable Law as a Partner and continue my mission of assisting vulnerable individuals and their families. I am excited to collaborate with the exceptional team at Enable Law.”
Annabelle joins from Knights PLC alongside Senior Paralegal Tania Robinson and they will both be based out of the Southampton office. Her appointment is the second addition Enable Law has made to its Partnership in 2023, having welcomed medical negligence focused Gillian Clark in April this year.
