I am a specialist international injury lawyer and head of the international personal injury team at Enable Law. I have over 20 years of experience acting on behalf of people that have suffered injuries abroad ranging from serious orthopaedic injuries to spinal cord injuries, brain injuries and fatalities. My expertise includes RTA’s, Package Holiday claims, skiing accidents and accidents on board aircraft. I have a particular focus in skiing accidents but also deal with the full spectrum of International Personal Injury work including claims under the Package Travel Regulations, RTA’s together with Athens and Montreal Convention claims.
I am fluent in a number of European languages having lived, studied and worked in France, Spain and Germany. That means that in those cases where I need to liaise with local law enforcement and other agencies in foreign countries, I can do it effectively and most of the time without the need for a translator. I also have an extensive network of contacts in multiple other countries including the United States. The benefit of that is that I can get information faster and support clients even before they return back to the UK.
I am recognised as a Senior Litigator by APIL as well as an APIL accidents abroad accredited specialist and assessor.
