I have experience of a wide range of different clinical negligence claims which include, delays in diagnosis and treatment, surgical, cancer, plastic or cosmetic surgery, gynaecological injuries often as a result of child birth, care of the elderly, missed fractures and claims involving children including assisting on high value birth injuries cases.

I also have a particular specialism in stillbirth and neonatal death claims, and I am part of our specialist baby loss team.

Claims are conducted against various sectors including GPs, Dentists, Hospitals both NHS and private, and care homes.

  • Expertise in maternal injuries claims including uterine inversion and bladder injury.  Settlements have ranged from £50,000 to £208,000
  • Successful fatals claim against private healthcare concerning failure to diagnose genetically linked ovarian cancer settling for £120,000
  • Assisted and primary client contact in high value multi million pound complex cerebral palsy claim, securing suitable living accommodation for the Claimant and their family
  • Assisted and primary client contact in brachial plexus injury case securing £430,000 for Erb’s Palsy injury to child
  • Successful High Court Trial at the Royal Courts of Justice, involving a delay in diagnosis and treatment of my client’s appendicitis. The case was reported: DANIEL MEYNELL v CROYDON HEALTH SERVICES NHS TRUST (2018) [2018] EWHC 2431 (QB) (Jay J) 18/04/2018 – £35k damages
