I am a Court of Protection Executive within the Mental Capacity team, providing support to the wider team with all aspects of our client’s daily and long-term property and financial affairs. Our Team specialises in Property and Finance Deputyships via the Court of Protection, alongside Personal Injury Trust matters.
I joined within the Accounts section of the Mental Capacity team, where I gained essential knowledge of our entire client base. Supporting with any financial matters associated with our client’s affairs (from tax and investments to payment of utility bills). I subsequently moved into a fee earning role.
The passion and care I feel for the clients we support is the most rewarding part of this role. The Mental Capacity team are an amazing group of individuals who, collectively, strive to fully support the needs and wishes of our clients – these morals and values are what drives my ambition to become a successful lawyer within the team.
