I obtained a training contract with a Plymouth based firm and spent the majority of this in the medical negligence team, assisting on high value complex claims. In September 2022, I acquired my own case load and thereafter qualified as a solicitor in April 2023. I joined Enable Law in May 2024.
I investigate claims on behalf of those who have suffered: – baby loss, missed diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, mismanagement of miscarriages, birth injuries to mothers (physical and psychological), mismanagement of gynaecological conditions (e.g. endometriosis), negligently performed surgery (mainly relating to gynaecological, colorectal and abdominal injury), delayed diagnosis of cancer, orthopaedic injury and fatal accidents. I am part of the specialist baby loss team which supports families who have experienced a stillbirth or the neonatal death of their baby.
In addition to running my own claims, I work with various senior lawyers at Enable Law and assist them with their complex high value claims. These mostly relate to those who have sadly suffered life changing catastrophic birth and brain injuries, as well as individuals who have undergone avoidable amputation.
