I graduated from University in 2017, and later went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law. I later graduated from the University of Law, Exeter, in 2020 with a Master of Laws and Legal Practice Course. I obtained a training contract with a Plymouth based firm, and spent the majority of this in the medical negligence team, assisting on high value complex matters.
In September 2022, I acquired my own case load and thereafter qualified as a solicitor in April 2023.
I have experience running my own matters, relating to: – birth injuries to mothers (physical and psychological), missed diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, mismanagement of miscarriages, still born and neonatal deaths, delayed diagnosis of cancer, negligently performed surgery (mainly relating to colorectal and abdominal injury), orthopaedic injury and fatal accidents.
