Dan Isaac

Medical Negligence

Legal Director

“I work tirelessly to ensure victims of clinical accidents achieve justice.”

I am a medical negligence solicitor at Enable Law, specialising in serious and complex injury cases. I have extensive knowledge and experience in bringing claims against NHS Trusts, GP’s and private medical practitioners.

I represent both adults and children who have suffered significant injuries as a result of medical negligence. I act on a full range of complex cases. My particular specialism involves claims relating to brain injury, including birth injury claims, delays in diagnosing cancers, surgical errors and fatal cases.

I have significant experience in dealing with claims of maximum severity and birth injury claims. I regularly act on behalf of Personal Representatives in connection with fatal accident cases.

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 and began specialising in medical negligence claims on qualification.

Career Highlights

  • Achieving for my client a full admission of liability and an apology from the NHS, who had previously denied any failing during their complaint process and securing a multimillion pound settlement providing financial security for my client.
  • Recognised in Chambers 2024 as an Associate to watch
  • Member of the Public Affairs Group for SCIL (Society of Clinical Injury Lawyers)

I have particular interest in claims relating to:

  • Birth injury
  • Acquired brain injury
  • Delay in diagnosing cancer
  • Orthopaedic and spinal injury
