Deborah Hepple

It is very important that when medical treatment goes wrong, patients and their families not only receive proper legal representation, but also the support and guidance they require during what can often be a very challenging time.

"Offers a first-class service to claimants." Chambers Guide 2019

I specialise in clinical negligence claims, and my previous experience encompasses a wide range of clinical negligence and personal injury work.

I handle a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims and represent patients and their families in claims against Hospital Trusts and GPs, involving delays in diagnosis of cancer, amputation, eye surgery, fatal accidents and claims involving psychiatric injuries for victims who have witnessed traumatic events.

In addition to my own varied caseload, I assist Legal Director, Laurence Vick with his complex and high value paediatric cardiac surgery claims.

I have experience of representing families at inquests and recognise the importance of not only providing proper legal representation, but also support and guidance during what is often a distressing experience.
