Eleanor Armstrong

Personal Injury

Managing Associate

"I have extensive experience in assisting clients who have sustained significant and life changing injuries whilst abroad. "

Sustaining a significant injury is a traumatic experience and having lived and worked abroad myself, I appreciate the added complexities and concerns that arise when such an injury occurs abroad.

My language capabilities in French, German and Spanish allow me to assess accident circumstances and make enquiries effectively.

I have a particular interest in severe orthopaedic injuries and  have also assisted a number of clients who sustained amputations, spinal and head injury.

I am recognised in Chambers and Partners as an Associate to Watch and as a Rising Star in Legal 500.

Career Highlights

  • Moreno v MIB -I acted for a young mother who, whilst on holiday in Greece, was knocked over by an uninsured driver and sustained significant injury. The case progressed to  the Supreme Court for final ruling.
  • Achieved over £300,000 for a motorcyclist involved in an RTA in France.
  • Over £600,000 obtained for a motorcyclist injured in France.
  • Significant damages recovered  following a fatality in Spain.
