"I get huge satisfaction from helping clients and families whose lives have been turned upside down by an accident"
I’ve been a Personal Injury lawyer since 1990 and have dealt with a huge variety of different types of claims including RTA, Occupiers/public liability, abuse claims, accidents at work, industrial disease (asbestos related injury and noise induced hearing loss).
I have dealt with a number of catastrophic brain injury claims ranging from young children to elderly clients. I often deal with claims where liability is disputed and recently had a case go to the Court of Appeal where we successfully resisted the Defendant’s application to appeal against the successful outcome at trial.
I have a special interest in claims involving animals, and have dealt with claims including horses, dogs and cows.
In my spare time I am Chair of Trustees for charity Smile 4 Wessex based at Wessex Neurological Unit at Southampton General Hospital, and Secretary for the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers in the South of England.
