Enable Law, the specialist medical negligence, mental capacity and personal injury law firm with bases across the South and South West of England, has been shortlisted for three awards at the Personal Injury Awards 2023.
Celebrating its 15th year, the Personal Injury Awards honours the excellence all professionals and key service providers working in personal injury nationally. The awards identify high standards of practice and celebrate achievements of the sector’s finest practitioners and organisations.
The three categories Enable Law has been shortlisted for include:
- Claimant Lawyer of the Year: Gary Walker – Gary is a Managing Associate based-in Exeter and Head of Specialist Damages at Enable Law. He was shortlisted for this award because of his ongoing work and support to several family members of victims involved in the David Fuller case as well as his efforts to set up a compensation scheme for the families impacted.
- Claimant Team of the Year – The Claimant Team at Enable Law includes individuals with over a decade worth of experience, and it was stated that Enable Law’s team was shortlisted because it has demonstrated its knowledge in niche areas of expertise which allow the law firm to bring claims forward that require specialist expertise.
- Catastrophic Injury Team of the Year – The team has been named as finalist in this category because it works on complex cases around the UK and in recent years the team has secured hundreds of millions in compensation for injured individuals to support them in accessing therapies, rehabilitation and adaptations.
