“I am an experienced Mental Capacity solicitor specialising in high value/complex property and financial affairs matters.”

I work with deputies appointed by the Court of Protection to manage the property and financial affairs of individuals who lack capacity. I work with a variety of clients including children who have acquired a brain injury at birth and adults who have sustained a brain injury through accident or those who have an illness.
