“I help clients find the answers to what went wrong and why and navigate the difficulties of combining medicine and law. I enjoy working with clients and their families to seek the compensation they deserve to enable them to rebuild their lives and secure their futures. “

I am a Senior Associate at Enable Law specialising in clinical negligence cases involving birth injuries, meningitis, sepsis, cancer and orthopaedic cases. I also have special interest in inquests and fatal accident cases. I am accredited with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). I assist my clients in obtaining compensation when they have suffered life changing injuries.

I work collaboratively with our charity clients including Meningitis Now and the UK Sepsis Trust. I have given many talks to charities and other professionals and regularly publish articles and case studies on the areas above.

Career Highlights

  • £850,000 for a failure to diagnose a brain tumour
  • £200,000 for a failure to diagnose and treat necrotising facsciitis
  • Settling a claim for a client who suffered a benign brain tumour, which rendered her blind. There were considerable arguments with regards to her care needs and life expectancy, but the Court approved a seven figure settlement.
