“I come to work to make a difference to the lives of injured claimants and their families. That’s at the heart of what I do and why I do it. “

I provide advice on mental capacity law and find Court of Protection work extremely rewarding.

My cases can range from assisting the elderly to manage their property and financial affairs to managing extensive settlement awards for children and adults as a result of a medical negligence or personal injury claim. I enjoy working with clients and their families as well as a diverse team of experts such as case managers, OTs, financial advisors and architects.

I have significant experience of advising clients on the Mental Capacity Act, Deputyships, Attorneyships, Personal Injury Trusts, and the preparation of LPAs and COP applications.
