Achieved £5 million for a motorcyclist who suffered a severe brain injury and multiple orthopaedic injuries in a high speed collision with a car in which liability for the crash was disputed. The client was left with permanent ongoing symptoms, would never work again and needs daily support.
Achieved £500,000 for a client who suffered a below knee amputation following an accident at work where he fell from height. This will allow the client to purchase a new property more suited to his needs and to be able to pay for top of the range prosthetics.
Achieved £200,000 for the family of a lady who was killed in a road traffic collision due to the other driving falling asleep at the wheel. In addition to a claim on behalf of the estate of the deceased lady, several other members of the family were passengers in the car and sustained both physical and psychological injuries and I was able to achieve compensation for all of them
