I am responsible for leading the Clinical Negligence team and ensuring that excellent advise, and keeping the Client at the centre of the case resonates throughout the team. I like to think I am a natural leader and excellent litigator whose experience in managing difficult cases and vulnerable clients sets me apart from my peers.

Career Highlights

Settling a claim for amputee following a infected hip replacement, involving 11 experts and achieving settlement of £3.25m, plus securing interim which allowed them to move to a new home suitable for his needs
Settling liability for a young child where a delay in providing antibiotics to treat meningitis caused significant orthopaedic injuries, and multiple surgeries. The claim settled in excess of £14m capitalised.
Advising a gentleman and then his widower, achieving damages of £475,000 following a delay in diagnosing prostate cancer securing her care for the future
Helping to arrange rehabilitation for a young man who suffered an injury resulting in blindness
