I am a Paralegal in the Mental Capacity team and have been at Enable Law since September 2018. Prior to this, I worked at several law firms in the South West working mainly within the Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Private Client teams.
I provide support to individuals who do not have the requisite capacity to make decisions for themselves in relation to their property and financial affairs. In addition to this, I assist with a wide range of matters including Court of Protection applications, Personal Injury Trusts, deputyship processes and best interests decisions.
I am experienced with working with sensitive and complex cases involving vulnerable adults and find my role extremely rewarding, particularly when my actions have a positive impact on someone’s life.
I am a member of the Plymouth Junior Lawyers Division.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, baking and walking my springer spaniel. I also read a lot of crime fiction if time allows!
