Enable Law bolsters Southampton team with a new Managing Associate

We’re delighted to announce that industry heavyweight Eleanor Armstrong has joined our Southampton team as a Managing Associate to lead our international personal injury practice.

Eleanor joins Enable Law from Blake Morgan LLP. Eleanor specialises in the complex field of international personal injury litigation. She has supported clients over the years in the conduct of their claims securing significant damages following fatalities, road traffic and skiing accidents abroad.

Eleanor also has experience of pursuing claims under the Package Travel Regulations and on board cruise ships and involving airlines. As part of many of these claims she has also included recovery of outlay for insurers.

In light of the work undertaken, Eleanor has significant experience in dealing with foreign insurers in many legal jurisdictions.

As Managing Associate at Enable Law Eleanor will continue to deal with a wide variety of personal injury claims from around the globe, collaborating with Enable Law’s expert team and delivering pragmatic advice to clients.

Supporting Eleanor’s deep specialism in international law is her fluency in French, German and Spanish. She has Senior Litigator status with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
