However, if it becomes necessary to pursue your claim through the court, documents submitted on your behalf can be viewed by the public and the public may attend any hearing; the public includes the media. However, if you wish, we can apply to the court for anonymity for you to make your details confidential on court documents in connection with your claim and for hearings to be made private.
