Join our Court of Protection team, plus experts from a range of other relevant disciplines, for a free in-person seminar (with lunch included), which will focus on some of the big questions around sex and capacity, and aims to provide you with key insights to use in your future practice.

Ian will be discussing capacity to engage in sexual relations, and providing an update session on the position following the judgement in RE: JB, and outlining the ramifications and considerations for practitioners.

Karen Jackson

Solicitor, Enable Law –  Karen will be discussing capacity more generally re. relationships, contraception and marriage.

Dr. Tracey Ryan Morgan

Lead Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist – Dr. Morgan will consider the Clinical Neuropsychologist’s role, identifying challenges and outlining solutions through a case study.
