Brooke Manning, an Associate at the specialist personal injury, medical negligence and mental capacity law firm, Enable Law, has been awarded Junior Lawyer of the Year at this year’s Hampshire Law Society Annual Awards Dinner.
The event took place on 16 June and was held at the Hilton in Southampton. Hampshire Law Society’s Annual Awards Dinner brings together the region’s best lawyers for an evening to celebrate the industry and individual achievements. The event also raised funds for Wessex Cancer Trust.
Brooke has been at Enable Law since May 2022. She is a specialist medical negligence lawyer and manages a varied caseload which includes sepsis claims leading to multiple organ failures and neurological injuries, orthopaedic injuries, gynaecological injuries, as well as fatal accidents claims including those relating to sepsis and neonatal deaths. Brooke also assists senior team members on cases relating to birth injuries and spinal cord injuries.
When asked about winning the award, Brooke said: “It’s a huge honour to be named Junior Lawyer of the Year and it was a brilliant evening celebrating alongside the other award winners and my colleagues. I am incredibly proud of all the work that we do at Enable Law for our clients and their families. It is incredibly rewarding to be able to help clients to regain their independence and to get the support that they need following their life changing injuries.”
