Our medical negligence teams have maintained their top ranking in the latest edition of the prestigious Chambers directory, which uses client feedback to rate firms on the quality of their work.

The latest edition of the directory was released this week.

Our personal injury team also retained their top rank, and our Court of Protection team remain in rank two nationally. Fifteen of our solicitors were singled out for individual praise.

Enable Law’s medical negligence solicitors have been recognised in the directory for ten years running now, spending eight of those years in the top rank.

During that time we’ve helped many clients who were injured by negligent medical treatment or accidents caused by others, and our Court of Protection team has helped to safeguard the best interests of those who lack capacity due to a brain injury or condition like dementia.

Earlier this month they were also acclaimed in the Legal 500, another directory which uses client feedback to rate firms on their expertise.

Comments that helped shaped the ratings included:

“They can offer the complete package to their clients and help them through what is a difficult and stressful experience of taking action,”

“The team is highly specialised in clinical negligence with a sharp focus on getting the right result for their clients. There is a good range of experience in the team, meaning that they can take on cases from the lower value to the most complex.”

“I have always been hugely impressed with everyone I dealt with – they are always available when I need them and are all very approachable.”

“Strong practice working on acquired brain injury cases. “
