I have over 9 years’ experience dealing with the complete legal costs recovery process, including: bill and costs budget preparation (including the budget variation process), costs negotiations, drafting Points of Dispute and Replies and advocating at Detailed Assessment Hearings at the Senior Courts Costs Office (SCCO).
I specialise in all areas of legal costs and am proficient in advising upon commercial contract issues regarding private retainers, CFAs, Deeds of Assignment, Agency Agreements.
I have dealt with high value, complex clinical negligence, personal injury and property litigation cases that were also subject to costs management orders.
