My particular expertise includes delay in diagnosing meningitis cases, amputation claims and complex birth injury claims resulting in neurological injury to the baby. In addition, I investigate claims on behalf of mothers who have suffered incontinence from perineal tears.
I also have a special interest in claims involving tethered spinal cords, where there has been a failure or delay in detecting this leading to catastrophic outcomes.
