I have helped many people make a medical negligence claim after receiving negligent treatment from GPs, NHS trusts and private doctors. I have particular expertise in claims for adults with serious injuries including stroke, sepsis, haemorrhage, meningitis and raised intracranial pressure, in amputation claims and the delayed diagnosis of cancer.
I am recognised nationally as an expert on medical consent and expert witness work. I give training to medical experts and have regularly spoken at local and national events, including Inspire MediLaw and Specialist Medical Info conferences, hospitals including the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and national meetings of medical specialists. I regularly publish articles commenting on medical law.
My expertise is reflected in both the success I achieve for my clients, but also in the frequent requests I receive to provide training for those working in the medico-legal sector, including clinicians working as expert witnesses.
