I have practiced in personal injury litigation for over 30 years. Over this time I have handled a wide range of claims including head injuries, amputation, orthopaedic injuries, chronic pain syndromes as well as occupational illness.

I am a specialist in workplace accident, injury and illness claims and an acknowledged expert in cases involving repetitive strain injury (RSI), and vibration syndromes such as HAVS and carpal tunnel syndrome. I have achieved recognition for this work in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

Career Highlights

Gaining recognition for expertise in handling complex claims for RSI (cumulative injury) and vibration syndromes. This included bringing claims on behalf of office workers, assembly line and production operatives, meat processors, paramedics, dock workers and boatbuilders, forestry and parks/grounds maintenance workers. Many of these clients had also developed chronic pain.
Helping a young person who suffered significant injuries following a road accident to obtain a £1 million settlement and their family achieve some financial security.
Assisted a former baker bring a successful claim after developing occupational asthma due to exposure to flour dust.
Representing several clients who have sustained serious knee or hip injuries after tripping and falling at work and who later required joint replacement surgery.
