I have helped many people make a medical negligence claim after negligent treatment from GPs, NHS trusts and private doctors. I have particular expertise in claims for adults with serious injuries including stroke, sepsis, haemorrhage, amputations and the delayed diagnosis of cancer.

I am recognised nationally as an expert on medical consent and expert witness work, regularly training experts through Inspire MediLaw. I speak at local and national events and conferences, including at national meetings of medical specialists and hospitals. I regularly publish articles commenting on medical law.

Recovered an award of £9m for a man whose spinal infection left him severely brain injured and disabled
Recovering awards of over £3m and over £5m for two men in their 40’s with severe brain injuries
