I am a Court of Protection Executive on the Mental Capacity team at Enable Law. I joined the team 11 years ago and started on the accounts team. I eventually moved to the leal team in 2017. I work with over 20 clients of a variety of ages and disabilities, predominantly those with brain injuries. I assist with anything from paying invoices to managing multi-million portfolios and properties.
Our team specialises in Property and Financial Affairs via the Court of Protection and Trustee Affairs.
It is a wonderful opportunity to work with our clients and their families and watch them develop and rehabilitate their lives, and we get to be a part of that. I have assisted in building bespoke properties for clients to assisting them with jumping out of planes for charity. We become an integral part of their lives and we get to build positive relationships with our clients and their support system.
To assist in my role, I qualified as an AAT Accountant in 2016 and a CILEX Paralegal in 2024.
In my spare time, I am always walking my dog, seeing family and friends, reading and attending exercise classes.
